Tags

Tags in Autom8 AI help you organize and filter your workflows. Add labels to categorize workflows by use case, department, project, or status.


Key Features

  • Tags are global — available to all users in your workspace

  • You can add multiple tags to any workflow

  • Filter workflows by tags for faster navigation


Add Tags to a Workflow

  1. Open your workflow

  2. Click + Add Tag

  3. Select an existing tag or type a new one to create it

  4. Once added, tags appear next to the workflow name


Filter Workflows by Tag

  1. Go to the Workflows page

  2. Click Filters

  3. Select one or more tags

  4. Only workflows with those tags will be shown


Manage Tags

You can rename or delete tags from:

  • The + Add Tag modal in any workflow

  • The Filters > Tags section on the Workflows page

To edit or delete:

  • Hover over the tag

  • Select Edit to rename, or Delete to remove it

Note: Tags are global. Editing or deleting a tag affects all users in your workspace.
